Return & Refund Policy

At One Hundred Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Because our products and services are custom-made to your specifications, we review every project carefully before production to ensure accuracy and quality.

Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of screen printing, embroidery, signage, decals, and apparel decoration, all custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Order Errors or Defects
If you receive an item with a printing error, defect, or damage, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at onehundreddesigns@yahoo.com with photos of the issue. We will inspect the issue and provide a replacement or correction at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production has begun. Once materials have been ordered or production has started, the order cannot be canceled.
