One Hundred Designs provides local order pickup and, where applicable, delivery or shipping on select products.

Order Pickup
Local customers may pick up their orders at our shop location during business hours. You will receive a notification when your order is ready.

Shipping (if applicable)
If shipping is selected, tracking information will be provided once the item is shipped. Shipping times vary based on carrier and destination.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
